This may be your first time meeting with a financial planner, or else you have been in other offices before.
We often get the question, how does this all work? Well, let me walk you through our 5-step meeting process.
Introduction Call

This is usually after our first point of contact. This phone call is a quick get to know you so that we can make sure that we can add value to your situation and you can make sure it’s worth it to book a Discovery Meeting.
Discovery Call

Before this meeting, you will have received our Questionnaire and Values Worksheet so that we can have an effective meeting.
This meeting is all about you, your life, and what you want to do. This is a fun meeting where you can dream big. Perhaps you’ve never had a meeting like this before.
We will also go over what our investment portfolios and financial strategies are. The intention of this meeting is see if we can add value to your life, if you trust us, like us, and want to move to the next meeting.
Strategy Call
45-60 minute meeting
During this meeting, your resources and goals are crafted together by our experience and expertise. We create a first draft of a financial strategy and investment proposal that we will go over in the meeting. We will go over our thoughts and assumptions that went into the plan, explore different potentials, and finalize the final details for implementation.
At this point, if you want to continue to implementation, we will go over the next steps. If you would like to take the strategies and implement them on your own, then a $300 fee will be collected for 2 hours worth of work at $150.00 per hour.
Implementation
20 minute call
Here we will collect information to begin the investment accounts, co-ordinate with your estate planners and tax planners if needed, and go over the steps of how to start the investment process.
Implementation Review
15-30 minute call
After the account has been funded, we will make sure you have your Account View set up, go over any statements, outstanding transfers, and answer any questions about the new investments. This will set the stage for our annual reviews from here on out.
